Charles F. Day & Associates, LLC is accepting resumes for contingent work out of Ft. Belvoir, VA and Metro Park, VA.

Location of Work: HQ INSCOM (Ft. Belvoir, VA), Metro Park (Arlington, VA), and sites of approved telework


Travel: both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), may be required for training and customer support


Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret/SCI with Special Background Investigation (SBI) and be able to attain Special Intelligence (SI), Talent-Keyhole (TK), GAMMA (G), HUMINT Control Systems (HCS), and North Atlantic Treaty Organization


  • Provide assistance to the G3 hand receipt holders to manage all aspects of property accountability and property management
  • Provide Tier 1 customer support desk functions for the DAIIS and the G3 staff
  • Receive IT equipment from the INSCOM warehouse and perform turn in of lifecycled IT equipment
  • Update inventory records within the Automated System Integration Database (ASID) tracking system quarterly and ensure new equipment is added to the ASID tracking system
  • Perform weekly consumable supply replenishment of approximately fifty (50) devices such as printers, scanners, copiers, and fax machines
  • Submit Automated Work Order System (AWOS) and Facility Work Order System (FWOS) using Remedy or a similar automated ticketing system
  • Receive, inspect, inventory, load/unload, store, issue, and deliver supplies and equipment
  • Perform market research for supply and equipment costs and provide request forms and supporting quote documentation to the Government credit card holder

Requirements and Description:

  • DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification
  • Three years of experience as a logistician
  • Two years of experience using Bar Code or Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies
  • Able to lift 50 pounds unaided
  • Two years of experience maintaining databases for equipment and software
  • One year of experience working with the BMC Remedy or the Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM) to update change requests, turn-ins, and trouble tickets

Special preference given to candidates who live in a Hub Zoned area.
