Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph


Education: Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline


Summary: Provide an overview, generally between 2 to 4 hours, of DAIIS services and capabilities to courses taught at the schoolhouse. Develop a training curriculum that shall cover all DAIIS functions and services. Maintain a database that includes all training dates and curriculum for reference and accountability.  Gather feedback from the audiences trained and generate reports identifying training Lessons Learned and best practices.  Maintain training records and After Action Reviews (AAR).  Participate as needed in the DAIIS training program.  Provide training for the usage of web technologies at the United States Army Intelligence Center & Fort Huachuca (USAICoE & FH), Fort Belvoir and other customer locations as required. This shall include:

  • Overview of DAIIS capabilities and services, including DAIIS developed web sites, portals, applications, and services, including the Army Multimedia Message Manager (M3) and DCGS-A Query Tree.
  • Block of instruction on the use of Microsoft SharePoint and its application in the managing intelligence information.
  • In depth course on using the M3 employing Boolean Logic.


Minimum Requirements:


  • 5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
  • Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience using ATRRS
