Education: Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years experience in an intelligence discipline


Summary: Draft briefing slides and other material for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc meetings and briefings as requested.  Provide ad-hoc content management support in areas specific to the enhancement of Distributed Common Ground Station-Army (DCGS-A) data management.  Provide a summary of daily metrics of all entity creation/modification activity in a task log and maintain an online shift pass down log.  Provide recommendations for the improvement and enhancement of the entity augmentation mission.  Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all DCGS-A Content Management requirements, including reviews and updates as required or requested.  Conduct searches using Query Tree, Multimedia Message Manager (M3), and other data sources on assigned queries and topics based on supported unit requirements.  Read intelligence reports from these sources to extract relevant entities contained in reporting.  Extract entities on the most recent intelligence reporting; if an assigned queue or query is completed, work backwards in time to complete previous days/weeks information.  Use the text extraction tool in MFWS to extract entities (e.g. People, Places, Organization, Events, Equipment, etc.) from source documents and add them to the TED.  Update, merge, delete, and resolve entities/relationships and save to the TED.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 7 years.
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience working in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of publicly available information or social media.
  • Knowledge of the deep and dark web, social media and social networking sites, and OSINT research and operational Security best practices.
  • Demonstrated understanding of intelligence oversight and OSINT legal and policy directives and limitations.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience with application of metadata.
  • Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.

 Special preference given to candidates who live in a Hub Zoned area.
