Education: Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year of related technical experience, several years' experience may substitute degree requirements


Summary: Provide Knowledge Center support by maintaining 200+ intelligence web portals, sites, message handling systems, and online databases in support of Army Intelligence Requirements as well as any INSCOM supported command as directed to include but not limited to Coalition networks and portals. Road mapping and vetting of US and Coalition networks. Maintenance of DAIIS Functional pages and portals on multiple networks. Assist in communication with various members of the Intelligence Community and Coalition Members to showcase DAIIS services. Create and maintain a Customer Support SOP that outlines all roles and responsibilities of the customer support services provided by DAIIS.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum 4+ years' experience working in the intelligence community, supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders on integration efforts, within last 8 years.
  • Minimum 4 years' collection management experience in any discipline writing analytic products following IC directives and guidance, within last 8 years.
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience using intelligence automated systems, especially imagery analysis, signals intelligence and exploitation tools and libraries, within last 8 years
  • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
    Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports.
  • Ability to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.
    Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design.
  • Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
