Location of Work: Charlottesville, VA; Ft. Bragg, NC; Bethesda, MD; Afghanistan, Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI

Education: Bachelor's in any field - May substitute additional 4 years of relevant intelligence experience for this education requirement.

 

Travel: Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) travel may be required as directed by the customer.

Description:

 

  • Responsible for the production of various Identity Intelligence (I2) products; managing I2 information utilizing MS office tools; and, creating or modifying biometric enrollment files and submitting them to appropriate repositories for comparison in accordance with all applicable SOPs and biometric standards.
  • Coordinates with tactical / theater-level and national organizations regarding biometric intelligence information in order to facilitate information sharing and data synchronization.
    • U.S Government (military/civilian) trained intelligence analysts
    • Minimum of 8 years of intelligence analysis experience (to include one year of I2/BEI experience); however, on a case-by-case basis, a badge and credentialed Law Enforcement officer with at least 8 years of experience conducting investigations on an accredited Local/State/or Federal Law Enforcement Agency is acceptable.
    • Knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, and research and intelligence analytic techniques.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience (including complex Boolean logic queries) with standard all-source intelligence research tools such as: Palantir, Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), BI2R, Query Tree, CIDNE, M3 / AMHS, Analyst Notebook, open source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse, CCD, QLIX, and / or Google Earth (proficiency with all of the listed systems is preferred, but not required).
    • Clear knowledge of the U.S. Intelligence Community's Intelligence Cycle, experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems. Furthermore, the individual must be able to demonstrate that they have effectively operated alone for at least one year in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces.
    • Former military Intelligence Analyst, Special Operations Communications Sergeant, Criminal Investigations Special Agent, Human Intelligence Collector, Signals Intelligence Analyst or DoD joint service equivalent preferred, or civilian equivalency.
    • At least one prior deployment (in a military or civilian capacity) to Iraq or Afghanistan is required. Prior active duty military experience is desired.
    • Native experience/cultural understanding and are proficient (read, write and auditory understanding) in the following languages, with a DLPT score of 3/3 or better (DLPT score no older than 5 years upon hire date): Arabic, Dari, and Pashtu
