Position Duties:

  • Collect inputs, draft, coordinate, and finalize the monthly INSCOM Operational Highlights report for the INSCOM Command Team following guidance of the G3.  The INSCOM Operational Highlights Report is a monthly communication by the Commanding General to Army and DOD senior leaders (General Officer audience) and Intelligence Community officials to communicate the impact of INSCOM's contributions to Army, joint and coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community in an environment of constrained resources and force transformation. 
  • Develop data calls based on general guidance from G3 and support the collection of data inputs from the INSCOM Staff and MSCs. 
  • Design the report inputs to support informed decisions by Army and Defense leadership teams to employ the force based on a shared vision for the role of Army intelligence organizations and to thoughtfully shape the force and command. 
  • Assemble and integrate the inputs into the Operational Highlights report, and support staff coordination to finalize the report with final approval through the G3 by the CG. 
  • The report shall be submitted electronically and in hard copy to the G3 no later than the 15th of each month except when the 15th falls on a non-working day, in which case it shall be submitted on the next working day. 


Minimum Requirements:


  • MEL 4, WOSSE or SLC /SMA



  • Graduate degree in any discipline - Government may accept candidates with exceptional relevant experience on a case by case basis
  • 20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Division or higher level, with experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff directorate NCOIC or primary staff directorate warrant officer preferred
  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
  • Expert ability to lead and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks with G3, other DOD analysts, or the IC
