Position Duties:

  • Provide All Source Analytical and Intelligence Support focused on answering Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) of CG INSCOM, HQDA G2, CCMDs, ASCCs and deployed organizations (TF, JTF, and CJTF). 
  • Conduct continuous mission analysis of external and internal requirements and taskings utilizing the Operations process IAW IMCC SOP.
  • Conduct limited intelligence analysis required to support activities of the IOC, Regional Support Cell, Current Operations Support Cell, and G-35 Future Operations teams as required.
  • Provide support to Government Regional Desk Officers and the IOC in the development and preparation of input and products for inclusion in the INSCOM Common Operating Picture (COP) maintained by the IOC and for inclusion in other electronic data repositories, databases or electronic holdings as required.
  • Develop products to include presentations, briefings, information papers, executive summaries, and others as directed by COR or other Government personnel designated in writing by the COR to the contractor utilizing tools to include Google Earth, Arc GIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and the embedded suite of intelligence analysis tools within DCGS-A.
  • Support the IMCC in gaining and maintaining situational awareness and understanding of the operational environment by leveraging all-source intelligence reporting, open source tool sets, and finished intelligence products IAW IMCC/IOC SOP.
  • Assist in the establishment of a predictive analytics capability for the IMCC RDOs and IOC to produce charts, tables, and graphs to support stakeholders' reporting requirements. 
  •  Analyze and interpret data to develop and implement predictive models.
  • Collaborate with IMCC team members to proactively identify key indicators, validate results and monitor success and report outcome of the analytical efforts IAW IMCC SOP.
  • Perform routine workspace housekeeping tasks; to include, regular vacuuming, daily trash removal, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

 Minimum Requirements:

  •  MEL 4, WOSSE or SLC /SMA
  • A minimum of 20 years' Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a staff member at division or higher level, with experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff directorate NCOIC or primary staff directorate warrant officer

 Desired:

  • Analytical Control Element OIC or NCOIC
